An eventful Chinese New Year Concert

The Chinese New Year Concert on the 2nd of February was a blast! Even though there were lessons in the morning, students were as enthusiastic as ever when the Chinese New Year Concert started. They were giving the concert their 100% attention as they watched the many performances that were performed by our very own schoolmates or for most of them, their classmates. The concert was even more interesting as there was a quiz held and non-chinese students could answer them. That made the quiz even more meaningful and for some, educational. There were skits, songs and many more when it came to students showcasing the 12 zodiac signs. There were even dances and it made the concert even more enjoyable. Students could not contain their laughter when the dances put up by our schoolmates were hilarious. They sure know how to make their schoolmates laugh through their movements and expressions. There were also graceful dances by the Chinese Dance and Malay Dance members. Last but not least, there was choir performance that was joined in by the other performers for that day. The songs sung by the choir members was nice to hear. All in all, the concert was a successful one seeing that everyone enjoyed the performances that was put up.
